The Art of Listening Makes Satisfied Customers

Shhh. Listen. Really, take a moment and truly listen to the sounds around you right now.

What do you hear? As I sit at my desk, I can hear the sounds of my coworkers typing on keyboards. I hear the low hum and soft rush of air of the small fan to my left. I hear our sales teams, talking to customers, a coworker flipping through a notebook.
